At this meeting, we will also discuss which program you want to utilize, how many slides, turnaround time, budget, and if any add-ons, like video, should be included in your final presentation or pitch deck.

PLAN

Discovery meeting

1 hour of your time

Let’s jump on the phone, set up a video call, or meet in person—this will be an open discussion to introduce us to your brand so we can pair you with the best freelance presentation designer. We ask that you come ready to share your content overview, branding and style guidelines, as well as the tone of this project so that we can be sure to all be on the same page. At this meeting, we will also discuss the best fit for your presentation in order to use your program of choice and discuss if add-ons, like video should be included in your final presentation.

Please note: The presenter and all decision-making stakeholders should be at this meeting.

Collection and execution

Once we have a signed work order, it’s time to get to work! Send your finalized presentation, edited and ready to go, over to our team to make your presentation exactly what you want it to be. You will also need to provide pictures and any chart information you want included in your presentation so they can be incorporated into your design.

Our presentation design specialists will get to work using your preferred program, starting with a five slide mockup to establish design aesthetics. Time permitting, our designers will also present a visual summary before starting the project based the initial meeting.

From there, leave it to our design team to bring this project all together in the time frame discussed in our initial meeting.

ADJUSTMENTS

Review

1 hour of your time

Your presentation has been put together by our expert presentation designers and together we will check to be sure everything is good to go. We’re going to run through the presentation on our end and also run through the project with you on your end, looking closely to be sure everything runs perfectly, asking questions like: Do the transitions work how you want them to and in the correct order? Are all the visuals paired up with the content they should be? Does the presentation translate from our iMacs to the computer you’ll be using to present?

Any changes needed or fixes will be done, limited to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified in the contract.

APPROVAL & PRESENTATION

Once we are all happy with the aesthetics, content, and functionality, we leave it up to you to take it from there. We’ll be rooting for you from afar!

Frequently asked questions

WHAT'S the TURNAROUND TIME?

A typical project takes five to seven days to complete. Reach out to discuss current project estimates if your timeline is shorter.

WHAT IF I'M IN A RUSH?

If you’re in a hurry, we can help. Other clients’ schedules may shift leaving availability for rush projects. Please feel free to reach out if you need a project expedited to see if I have availability. An additional charge applies to rush projects.

In what format should I send you my content?

Send your content on slides already laid out or in an outline format. If you have a specific vision for any slides, please include a graphic, inspiration, or description to maximize efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

CAN I CHANGE THE SLIDES AFTER WE'VE APPROVED IT?

After the presentation is approved and sent over to you, it is yours to change as you please. Any changes that result in problems from your changes will not be covered by our designers.

How long do you keep our slides for?

We keep projects for 6 months from completion. If you’re looking for recurring slide design, let’s discuss our retainer and storage options.
